Is my voice recorded or sent anywhere?
Only if you select Hear yourself, and then only 5 seconds kept in this tab to play back. Nothing is ever sent.
Are my files uploaded?
No. The tool runs inside your browser, and the page is blocked from sending data anywhere. You can check by turning off your internet connection: it keeps working.
