Questions

Why is my GIF so large?

GIF is an old format with no real compression. Shorter clips, smaller widths and fewer frames per second make much smaller files.

Are my files uploaded?

No. The tool runs inside your browser, and the page is blocked from sending data anywhere. You can check by turning off your internet connection: it keeps working.
