How to use Add music to video

  1. Choose your MP4 or MOV video.
  2. Choose the music: an MP3, M4A, WAV, or another video.
  3. Pick whether the music replaces the video’s sound or plays quietly under it, then save the new video.

Questions

Does the picture lose quality?

No. For MP4 and MOV videos from phones and cameras the picture is copied as it is; only the sound is new.

What if the song is longer or shorter than the video?

A longer song fades out when the video ends. A shorter one starts again from the beginning, unless you untick Repeat; then the rest is silent.

Can I keep people talking and add music underneath?

Yes. Choose “Keep it, with the music underneath”: the music is set to 20% so voices stay clear, and you can make it louder.

Are my files uploaded?

No. The tool runs inside your browser, and the page is blocked from sending data anywhere. You can check by turning off your internet connection: it keeps working.
